State RegData Definitive Edition

A major focus throughout my six years at Mercatus. I served as database administrator, managed the public API, supported data collection, and helped turn state regulations and statutes into comparable longitudinal datasets. I also created new capabilities—including topic clustering and durable document references that kept documents consistently identifiable across editions—alongside restriction counts, industry relevance, agency metadata, search tools, and dashboards.
